    Placing your order early in the event-planning process secures a set price for each item, helps you stay on budget, and ensures you’ll have everything you need for your special event.

    Rental quotes may be provided via email. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. 

  • W Studio Collection follows the standard rental period as three  business days. This allows one day for delivery, one day for the event, and one day for pickup. There are no price reductions or refunds for shorter rental periods.

    Additional charges apply for a rental period that exceeds the three business day period. If you need to keep your items longer or cannot arrange to return them on time, please contact us to discuss, so that we can ensure that the collection is available for other clients who may have rented the same items.

    Please fill out our contact form or email us at hello@wstudiocollection.com  with your wishlist items and all details of your event. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response from our team.

    Once the quote is made, the items are reserved for a week.

    If you choose to move forward, payment in full (including delivery) in advance is required and a signed contract agreement. Payment plans are available subject to approval by our finance partner Klarna.

    Please make sure you have everything you need + a few extras to make sure you will have all you need as we cannot guarantee we will have the extra pieces available on the days leading up to your event.

    Payments can be made via check, ACH, Klarna or card payments via Stripe.

  • W Studio Collection operates on a payment in full (including delivery/pickup) in advance basis.

  • W Studio Collection follows the standard rental period as three  business days. This allows one day for delivery, one day for the event, and one day for pickup. There are no price reductions or refunds for shorter rental periods.

    W Studio Collection is closed to pickups and returns on Saturday and Sundays (these count for 1 rental day)

    4 Days: 2x rental price

    5 Days: 2.5x rental price

    6-21 Days: 4x rental price

  • We will travel up to 50 miles radius from our base in North Austin for a flat fee of $300 for standard deliveries and pickups. Events outside of this radius are considered out of town and will incur travel fees (determined by the delivery zip code). Please reach out at hello@wstudiocollection.com to learn more about our travel requirements and receive a delivery and pickup quote.

    There is an 8% cleaning fee for all orders. 

    Extended rental rates are available. Please see ‘EXTENDED RENTAL RATES’ section in our FAQ. 

    More narrow time windows and deliveries outside of business hours are available for additional fees. Please see ‘STANDARD DELIVERY HOURS’ section in our FAQ for more information. 

    If you have any questions regarding a specific delivery scenario, please reach out for an explanation of the charges.

    If the renter accepts damage waiver protection (20% of the total rentals), W Studio Collection agrees to relieve the renter of liability for accidental damage to the rented items. Please see more information in the ‘damages and lost pieces’ section in our FAQ.

    The fee for pick up/ drop off by client is $200. Please see the requirements of client pick up and drop in ‘Customer Pick Up and Return’ section in our FAQ.

    There are no minimum order charges for small orders at this time. This is subject to change.

    We do not accept orders less than 30 days of event at this time.

    Additional charges apply for a rental period that exceeds the three business day period. 

    Rescheduling fee: Flat $200 fee for orders rescheduled a second time. $300 for third.

    Change of heart fee: If we deliver items to the venue and client no longer wants them, they will be charged 50% of the rental fee on top of normal rate.

    Stair fee: If the crew is required to carry the collection up stairs a fee of $50/per crew/ per hour will apply. Please let us know in the inquiry if there are stairs or uneven ground in the inquiry. Layouts, maps and floor plans are helpful to guide crew where to safely deliver the items. This fee will be invoiced after the event drop off and pickup is done.

    Additional fees apply if conditions of delivery or pickup are difficult or our team members are asked to perform services not included in the contract.

  • We accept check, ACH and major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Klarna through Stripe payments.

    Invoices will be sent to the email address listed on the contract.

  • Our crew will deliver and carefully bring the collection to a safe place for set up. We require on onsite contact to be present during the drop off and pickup to sign off on receiving and returning all items.

    STANDARD DELIVERY HOURS

    Monday-Friday 10am-4pm

    Saturday 10am-4pm for an additional $120

    Sunday: CLOSED

    Clients at this time are welcome to pick up and drop off their rental items. Please see the requirements of client pick up and drop in ‘Customer Pickup and Return’ section in our FAQ.

  • For renters picking up and dropping off their orders, the damage waiver fee is 20% of order total.

    Renters picking up their rental items may do so between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday on the date specified on the Rental Contract. W Studio Collection is closed Saturday, Sunday and on major holidays for pick up and return. Weekend rentals must be returned to W Studio on Monday (following the renter’s event), or as specified in the Rental Contract. Additional fees only apply for required drop off or pickup Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. 

    Pickup and drop off must be done in a car, covered truck bed or a box van. No open bed trucks allowed. Renters are responsible for loading, securing and transporting their rental items. W Studio Collection team are not required to provide assistance. 

    You must ensure that all items on the order are accounted for. Your signature on the rental agreement is your acceptance of W Studio Collection terms and conditions, including responsibility for returning the rented items on time and in their “as rented” condition.

    In the event the W Studio Collection determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the method of transport or supplies that the client has available upon arriving at W Studio Collection base does not comply with this section, W Studio Collection reserves the right to refuse to hand over the Rental Items and to cancel the Agreement, without any obligation to refund any portion of the invoice to the Client, and without incurring any further obligations to client hereunder. Failure by the client to appear without notice during pre-determined and agreed upon pick up and return will result in an additional fee. Changes can be made with agreement W Studio Collection

    Please let us know in your inquiry if you would be interested in picking up and dropping off your rentals.

  • From the time the items are delivered to or picked up by the renter until the time it is retrieved by or returned to W Studio Collection, the renter is in full responsibility of their order.

    Damages include, but are not limited to chipped, cracked or broken items.

    If the rented item is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the renter’s possession—regardless of faultthe individuals listed on the contract are liable and must reimburse W Studio Collection for the full retail replacement cost, including associated labor and shipping fees.

    If the renter chooses the optional nonrefundable damage protection (20% of the total rental cost), W Studio Collection will relieve the renter of liability for accidental damage to the rented items. However, this coverage does not apply to theft, burglary, collusion, misuse, intentional damage, mysterious disappearance, or similar circumstances.

    If the rental item return instructions, including cleanliness of dishware, glassware, flatware are not followed additional charges will be determined and collected from renter. Renter hereby authorizes WSC to assess such charges and to collect, immediately and upon demand, any balance due.

    Furthermore, if the renter has insurance covering the loss or damage, the renter must utilize and permit W Studio Collection to utilize any rights to obtain recovery under that insurance. The renter shall fully cooperate in pursuing the claim, and any insurance proceeds must be forwarded to W Studio Collection.

  • Yes, you can modify your order up to 30 days before the event. W Studio Collection will continue to accept additions to the clients order (subject to availability) until 14 days prior to the event date. Any removals will result in a credit that can be applied to other items you wish to add to your order.

    Changes cannot be made after the 14-day mark.

    No refunds will be given after the 14-day mark. 

  • If you are cancelling more than 30 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date then you will be refunded 50% of total order value. 

    If you are cancelling less than 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date, you are eligible to receive collection credit that can be used on a future event. Note, there is no refund option at the 14-day mark.

  • If you would like to reserve the items on your quote and are within 30 days of your scheduled order date, we require that the full amount be paid to reserve your items and a rental agreement signature plus a $100 rush fee. Once your items are reserved, you will no longer be able to decrease or cancel your order for a partial refund. We cannot guarantee availability or orders made after the 30 day mark. 

  • If your venue, event planning or catering crew are unable to set the tables on the day of the event and we are delivering our collection, we can offer to set the tables (our pieces only) for $100/hr with a 2 hour minimum requirement.

    Please let us know in the inquiry if this is the case. If this is a rush order or a last minute change of plans, an additional $100 service fee will be charged.
